Meeting Rooms

Check out our meeting facilities for your Company meetings or seminars at the CERA Recreation Complex!

Rental facilities are available for personal or business use. The Summit Room (holds 30) and the Overlook Room (holds 20) are immediately ready to rent. The Unity, Ranchview, and Gateway Rooms hold 40 each, and the Unity and Ranchview rooms can open up into one large room. The Trinity Room is our newest and largest room, able to hold 150 people with a dance floor. This room is perfect for weddings, large meetings, and even has its own entrance. Rental includes convenient free parking, seminar table with ergonomic chairs, complimentary Wireless Internet Access, superior services, excellent prices, complete meeting packages, and friendly personnel.

Softball Fields

Conveniently located, Bryant Irvin Recreation Complex has two lighted Softball diamonds for all levels of competition and is available for your team to schedule games, practices, tournaments and non-profit events.

Sand Volleyball Courts/Picnic Pavilion

CERA Sand Volleyball Courts overlook the Trinity River and offers a scenic spot for your next family reunion or company picnic. The area includes two Sand Volleyball Courts, a covered pavilion for up to 40 people, a large grill, and additional picnic tables to accommodate up to 200 people.

Indoor Basketball/Volleyball Courts

CERA has an indoor wood floor gym with 2 full-sized Basketball Gyms. The gym can be converted into 4 Volleyball Courts, with each court taking up half a Basketball Court.

Squaw Creek Golf Course

From a small group to a large corporate outing, tee time start or shotgun start, Squaw Creek has a lot to offer. Our experienced staff and beautiful course make Squaw Creek the premier site to host your next event.
