Jazz Band

Hone your instrument skills, challenge yourself as a musician, and share in the enjoyment of ensemble playing as part of CERA’s 20-piece Big Band Jazz Orchestra. Our group excels at Swing, Pop, and Jazz styles, while also covering holiday music, Broadway, and other popular genres.

Our Orchestra includes 4 trumpets, 4 trombones, 5 saxophones, 4 rhythm and 3 – 5 vocalists. As many as 25 people may be performing on stage at one time.

Are you interested in joining the band outside of performing? Other opportunities include audio technician, librarian, events management, transportation, and other key functions.
