Schedule

Monthly Club Meetings occur the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Recreation Complex, visitors welcome. We have informative guest speakers and demos, live auctions twice a year, and a Christmas party. Door prizes and a raffle are offered as well.

We have over 12 field trips per year including several day or weekend trips, annual trips to the Big Bend region, and a two-week trip of roughly 6,000 miles visiting mines and collecting turquoise, petrified wood, sunstone, obsidian, sapphires, precious opal, star garnet and more.

There are always classes and seminars being offered – classes are announced at the monthly meetings, in the newsletter, and and here on our web site under the Register section. You must be a member to sign up for a class. Payment is processed online, guaranteeing you a place in the class.

The Gem, Mineral, and Glass Club sponsors two well-attended shows per year where our members can display and sell their creations and finds from field trips. We sponsor a Fort Worth Show each October and a Dallas Show each summer.
