We hope everyone has had a very Merry Christmas and is enjoying this beautiful Holiday weather!
The CERA Recreation Complex fitness center has relocated temporarily to the East Building in one of the gyms. CERA Staff is available to give orientations on the new state of the art fitness equipment available. The renovation of the West Building has begun and the general contractor reports that this work will be complete in the late spring of 2017. The West Building renovation will start with an abatement, then, the general contractor will begin the demolition of the West Building inner walls as well as finishing the perimeter fencing and lobby driveway.
We are very aware of several East Building “punch list” items and are working through them with the General Contractor to complete them in the coming days. Please bear with us as we complete our list as quickly as possible. The meeting rooms upstairs in the East Building will be accessible by the end of this week and the new elevator should help accommodate access to this area. The new locker rooms and restrooms are open. Several Members have requested locker rentals in the new area, so we have held several aside to accommodate these requests. If you would like to rent a locker, please make yourself known to the front desk so we can accommodate you. Next week, all unclaimed rentals will be released to the Day Locker Program and will be available for use on a daily basis to all Members.
CERA is also pleased to announce that Baylor Scott and White, Apex Capital, and J.P. Morgan Chase Bank employees have joined our Association and are our newest Associates. Welcome aboard!
