For anyone who loves fast-paced fun, a great workout, and maybe a dash of friendly competition, racquetball may be your game. Whether you’re 25 or 75 years old, racquetball can strengthen your bones and muscles, reduces stress, and improve your balance, coordination, and flexibility—all while boasting one of the highest calorie-burning rates of any fitness activity (on average, between 500-800 calories per hour, depending on intensity level and weight).
The racquetball courts at CERA are the only concrete/plaster walled facilities in the DFW area, which means we have the liveliest and fastest courts this side of Austin! But don’t be intimidated—you can set the game for your own desired pace and skill level. Forgot your racquet? No worries; enjoy a game of handball with your partner instead.
Our racquetball courts are available seven days a week to CERA members enrolled in the fitness center or in one of our racquetball leagues.
